Job summary/Role description

The Mechanical -Test & Reinstatement Assistant is responsible for supporting the Test Pack Coordinator in all the activities related to the area. He/ she  is responsible for supporting the preparation of Technical Passport for piping to be submitted to authority (UDT) for the registration process.

Duties and responsibilities

  • To Receive the Test packages by Subcontractor, through a dedicated traceability matrix
  • To Check the Completeness of documentation inside Test packages;
  • To Check that Construction has released Test Circuit for Test and all needed authorizations have been obtained
  • To Support the completion of Inspection Pack as per site priorities
  • To Updated Test Package register at each transaction and after the test to keep clear track of Test packages status
  • To support daily, Weekly and Monthly Testing Progress Report and distribute by e-mail.

Person Specification

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.


  • Experience in the oil and gas industry 
  • Experience in Gas Plants and EPC Projects
  • Essential a significant (3 years) experience in a similar position.

  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent IT and analytical skills;
  • Attention to detail, excellent communications skills;
  • Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
